I\'ve now spent 20 years in the energy sector during the 2nd phase of my career (phase 1 was in the civil service, and phase 3 is still ahead).During those two decades I\'ve delivered- International, multi-site HR management across (and in) UK, France, Malaysia and Turkiye in particular- End to end recruitment process management- having started out in agency work, into in-house talent attraction and development, looking at recruitment strategy and developing headcount forecasts- Created and delivered a variety of talent development and engagement initiatives and take particular pride in delivery of talks and workshops on topics ranging from individual & team performance to, more recently, my own background and experiences.
