ABOUT IAIN ROGERS
I’m an approachable and practical site manager with over 15 years experience in the event industry. My experience spans many aspects of event management, however, I’ve specialised in the site management of major festivals, concerts and events, in which I have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget. Furthermore I have experience in managing portfolios of shows for high profile clients, including the management of multiple production budgets, all in excess of £1million. I’m an experienced leader, who cares deeply about building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, stakeholders and staff. I aim to maintain a clear and concise communication flow throughout both the planning and delivery phases of each project. I’m adept at driving efficiency through the design and implementation of new systems and procedures streamlining workflows. These processes aid in allowing me to fully understand the critical path to event delivery and to have appropriate provisions in place for contingency and uncertainty. Furthermore I’m experienced in prioritising tasks in a dynamic environment.
