Following the expansion of DD\'s field engineering network and proposition, I have extended my areas of responsibility to include our industry leading handpiece & small equipment repair centre in Blackpool, and our equipment, decontamination and digital channels. DD Group engineering includes Dolby Medical and BF Mulholland totalling more than 120 multi skilled field service engineers. Our objective is to deliver comprehensive asset management of equipment within dental practices nationally, be it an individual practice or a group of 600. We continue to surpass customer level expectation by investing heavily in our growing team, both field based and those in our back office operation. Our technical expertise includes reactive, planned preventative maintenance and installations of all Dental, Digital and Decontamination equipment types. Specialist services include- Breakdowns - Annual Servicing - Calibration - Re-Validation - Pressure Vessel Inspection (PSSR)- Electro-Mechanical Checks (EMC)- X-Ray Routine Testing - Site Survey - Installation - Relocation Our turnkey solution will continue to increase practice profitability, minimize any downtime and give peace of mind you\'re covered from a compliance perspective.
