I have enjoyed a highly successful career to date, playing a key leadership role in a number of environments where my ability to collaborate at a senior level and transform operational and facilities management environments has been delivered seamlessly. During my career I have significantly improved functions, developed high performing teams and implemented robust controls and procedures, this has led to reduced costs, greater productivity and greater revenue. Key career achievements include; • Achieved a wealth of success throughout career to date which has included extensive recognition, multiple promotions and selection to transform underperformance and drive improved performance • Excels in current role which encompasses the successful mobilisation of the circa £60 million M&S account following successful account acquisition • Delivered multiple cost savings throughout roles following the implementation of paperless working approaches and robust remodelling of field operations at Imtech • Recognised as a finalist following effective IT development in relation to an EDF Innovation Award
