Iain has undertaken many critical roles in a wide range of specialist areas of the water industry pan Scotland. This has involved infra and non-infrastructure schemes from small to large value projects in fully integrated joint ventures, partnering and Construction Delivery Partner with Clients and key stakeholders. Most recently Iain has managed the transformation of our pan Scotland delivery teams that were performing poorly in NRSWA KPI’s, to the top of the supplier leaderboard, with a 100% score for all t aspects of NRSWA (noticing, remedial and coring). This enviable turnaround has been achieved through dynamic leadership of Iain, implementing the agreed Development Action Plan, creating and instigating the business management processes for the reinstatement proforma, audit sheets, toolbox talks and guidance sheets, as well as monitoring and reporting our levels of compliance. Iain manages a core team responsible for all NRSWA reporting aspects and offers expert guidance on compliance and requirements of the legal framework that makes up NRSWA. Iain is also one of our key interfaces for external and internal auditing and ensuring full transparency and commitment to delivering Scottish Water’s visions and values through our business management processes.
