About Iain McLaren
I’m Iain, a Software Engineer at Microsoft with a triple major from Wesleyan University. During my time as a student, I received high honors in Computer Science for writing my thesis “On k-best and 2nd-best Combinatorial Optimization Problems” in addition to majoring in Computer Science, Physics, and Mathematics. I also had the opportunity to intern for two summers at Microsoft, the first as a part of the SharePoint team and the second as part of the Windows team, working much closer to hardware.
