I am passionate about improving business performance by creating working environments where people can thrive and be their best every day, whether that is through managing the HR work streams of large scale change projects; identifying key organisational talent and investing in their career development; building Employee Engagement plans; actively advocating Diversity and Inclusion initiatives; providing coaching and feedback to senior leaders; or robustly managing Employee Relations processes. As you would expect with 15 years’ experience working in fast paced global organisations, change has been constant throughout my career – both in a business and personal sense. As the companies I have worked in have evolved, I have been rewarded with fantastic opportunities for career growth supporting multiple business areas across the UK and the broader EMEA region.
