Lead and develop a high performing team of Continuous Improvement Specialists.• Collaborate with senior leaders to embed CI principles and methodologies into business planning and operational rhythms.• Lead and champion the application of Systems Thinking to complex business challenges, guiding teams to understand interdependencies, identify leverage points, and anticipate unintended consequences.• Coach and mentor individuals and teams at all levels on how to apply Systems Thinking in their daily work and problem-solving efforts.• Facilitate workshops and discussions that encourage a holistic view of processes and problems, moving beyond siloed perspectives.• Develop and maintain A3 standards and best practices, ensuring consistency and quality in problem-solving outputs across the Society.• Design, deliver, and continuously improve CI training programmes, with a strong focus on Systems Thinking, A3 Problem Solving, and other Lean principles.• Mentor and develop a community of CI practitioners and champions within the Customer Division and across the enterprise, fostering a self-sustaining improvement culture.• Provide hands-on coaching to teams undertaking improvement projects, helping them navigate challenges and achieve sustainable results.• Oversee a portfolio of CI initiatives, balancing local, tactical improvements within the Customer Division with strategic, cross-enterprise projects.• Ensure effective project management, stakeholder engagement, and benefit realisation for all assigned CI projects.• Collaborate with relevant business areas to ensure smooth implementation of changes and effective handover of improvements to business ownership.• Establish clear metrics and reporting mechanisms to track the impact and value generated by CI initiatives.• Present compelling cases for change and demonstrate measurable improvements to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
