Focusing on making step change technologies to prevent leaks and emissions from wells through their life cycle, during abandonment and beyond. Continually learning, this venture has helped me to enhance skills in: Entrepreneurship, business management, team selection, innovation, strategy, sales, technology development, engineering design, customer relations, marketing, business model, value based propositions, intellectual property, finance, university partnership. My company, Resolute are TechX Pioneers, having been through the Oil & Gas Technology Centre (OGTC) accelerator programme in Cohort 2. We\'ve developed groundbreaking yet simple technology, patented solutions and deployed in wells around the world. The business is currently going through a period of significant international growth. All of this progress has been managed without external investment, which is a significant achievement.
