Responsible for working with prospects from an early stage in presales on identifying solutions and taking the relationship through the sale and into a steady technical state before handing over to the Customer Support and Success teams. I am also engaged in post sales to help with the bigger more challenging technical issues customers may have. I currently manage a team of 7 people (4 engineers, 1 project manager and a LBS specialist to help design optimized networks for location and presence reporting). Three of the engineers are international and are based in Melbourne Australia, Mexico City, Mexico and Atlanta USA. Typical work undertaken is deploying the Purple solution for the customer on a complex range of WiFi equipment, training the customer to use the product to its full potential, having technical discussions on the architecture of their own estate and how we would fit into and managing the whole process through Agile project management to an agreed cut over date through UAT and QA.Purple helps businesses transform their physical venues into intelligent spaces.
