I am a Senior Project Manager who has spent the past two decades helping manufacturing and engineering organizations turn complex ideas into successful, measurable outcomes.Originally from Chester in the UK, my career began in the aerospace industry, automation and special purpose projects — where I learned that the difference between a good project and a great one lies in how well you align people, processes, and purpose. That philosophy has guided me through factory builds, multimillion-dollar expansions, and global installations across Europe, South Africa and North America.For the past several years, I have led major capital investment programs in the U.S. — including large-scale manufacturing expansions, automation integrations, and production line upgrades valued at over $90 million. My focus is always the same: deliver safely, on time, and on budget — while keeping teams motivated and stakeholders aligned.In 2024, I founded Atlas Global Project Management to extend that expertise to other organizations — helping manufacturers recover struggling projects, set up PMOs, and build the systems and culture needed to execute with precision and confidence. Atlas Global isn’t just about delivering projects; it’s about building trust and creating long-term operational value.I combine engineering experience, financial discipline (ROI, IRR, NPV), and hands-on leadership to ensure every project achieves what it set out to — and more.
