That philosophy has guided me through factory builds, multimillion-dollar expansions, and global installations across Europe, South Africa and North America.For the past several years, I have led major capital investment programs in the U.S. — including large-scale manufacturing expansions, automation integrations, and production line upgrades valued at over $90 million. My focus is always the same: deliver safely, on time, and on budget — while keeping teams motivated and stakeholders aligned.In 2024, I founded Atlas Global Project Management to extend that expertise to other organizations — helping manufacturers recover struggling projects, set up PMOs, and build the systems and culture needed to execute with precision and confidence.
