ABOUT IAIN CLYDE FIMECHE
Iain is an experienced senior leader with extensive expertise in strategic leadership, operational planning and delivery, and organisational development. He is both a Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers. Since 1996 Iain has been a qualified teacher of Physics and has progressed through to being a senior middle leader within this time through the application of sound organisational and leadership skills, where vision and clarity of direction have been hallmarks. He was the leader a large multidisciplinary team with significant responsibility for the overall outcomes for the school, contributing to 45% of the Level 2 and 3 outcomes and 90% of the BTEC qualifications. These outcomes were significant towards Ofsted deferring evaluation inspection. Currently Iain is the Deputy Chief Executive and Chief of Staff of the North of England RFCA and leads a team of permanent staff of 30 who support to the 3 Army Cadet Forces in the Region.
