I have worked for corporations that were private, public, and family-owned. Since 1987 all were multinational and multi-million dollar concerns.Since 1989 I have worked for companies that have marketed their products and business opportunitiesthrough “direct sales” and an MLM organization with a commission payment structure. For 29 years (19••••18) I worked for companies that also manufactured their own products.My primary function and strength is in executive management, supported by in-depth knowledge offinancial and statutory matters, plus an affinity to connect with field leadership and customer base.Additionally, I have comprehensive experience in international subsidiary transactions (with aknowledge of international taxation – viz transfer pricing, multiple currencies, corporation tax, ValueAdded Tax (VAT), customs duties and levies, and commodity issues) also procuring products fromoverseas. Corporate and field compliance, in particular product and earning claims to ensure FDA, FTC, and AG laws and guidelines are met were either my responsibility or the staff I oversaw.I have over 3 decades of traditional b2c business experience, which has been enhanced in the last few years to include maximizing social media usage and training, cultivating relationships online in a meaningful method to encourage brand and product promotion.I have experience of business transactions in the USA, UK, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, France, Germany,Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Austria, Mexico, Canada, Brazil, South Africa, Australia, Greece,New Zealand, Japan, Nigeria, Benin, Togo, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Senegal,Morocco, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Thailand, The Philippines, Malaysia, and India. I hold dual citizenship (I carry both USA & UK passports).
