As the Development Manager for the Greater New York General Office, I provide training, mentoring, coaching and skills mastery to Agents. I am responsible for the implementation and facilitation of training initiatives, procedures and directives.My core functions include: 1. Oversee Company specific training and development for all Agents. Conduct sales training and licensing classes to develop new and experienced Agents. Mentor Agents in Company financial solution design; sales & prospecting techniques; and sales activity training. Implement and teach the New York Life Curriculum. Advise and consult with the management team and the Managing Partner on recruiting and retention efforts.
