ABOUT ISHIKA MUKHERJEE
I’m a lead user centred designer & strategist working in government, where I specialise in turning complex problems into simple, human-centered services. My work has been recognised for setting the standard in discovery research, and I’m now leading projects that shape policy and public service delivery. I’m also an ex-founder, having co-created a femtech startup focused on maternal health inequalities.
