Financial spreading and analyzing financial statements for complex analysis and decision making for business improvement and portfolio management Analyzing financial ratios and key performance indicators (growth trend, efficiency ratio, cash flow generation, cash burn rate, debt to EBITDA ratio and Fixed coverage Ratio, liquidity ratios) to determine trends and potential risks. Identify anomalies, discrepancies, and red flags in financial data and raise appropriate concerns. Credit Risk Assessment:Evaluate the creditworthiness of the business based on its credit history, repayment patterns, and overall credit behavior. Utilize credit scoring models and risk assessment tools to quantify the level of credit risk associated. Assess the potential impact of economic factors, market trends, and industry-specific challenges on the business\' ability to stay viable. Tracking of risk and delinquency metrics for portfolios Utilizing Moody\'s analytics as a guidance to assign the appropriate Tier Documentation and Due Diligence: Collect, verify, and review all relevant documentation provided by applicants, such as tax returns, bank statements, business plans, and legal agreements. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies throughout the credit evaluation process. Credit Decision and Recommendations: Prepare comprehensive credit reports / credit memo outlining the findings, analyses, and recommendations for credit approval, modification, or rejection. Presenting the findings and recommendations to senior management, lending committees, or relevant decision-makers. Provide explanations and justifications for the credit decisions, both in writing and verbally.
