I’ve spent over 20 years in IT — including the past 10 in leadership — building teams, solving complex problems, and creating service experiences that put people first.My journey began on the front lines of IT support, where I learned that technology is as much about empathy and communication as it is about systems and servers. Over time, that belief shaped how I lead: people-driven, process-minded, and always focused on turning challenges into opportunities.Today, I serve as Global IT Service Desk Manager at Trexon, where I’ve built a modern IT ecosystem from the ground up — developing Confluence documentation, Jira dashboards, SharePoint portals, and standardized workflows that connect 12 business units across North America. I introduced daily standups, weekly one-on-ones, and bi-weekly checkpoints to foster alignment and accountability. I’ve also led infrastructure cleanup and e-recycling initiatives and helped design and open new corporate locations, including Trexon’s Boston Headquarters.Before Trexon, I spent 16 years with SS & C Technologies / Eze Castle Software, where I rose from Principal Systems Engineer to Associate Director of IT Field Services. I led teams across multiple cities, guided major office relocations, and kept operations running smoothly through the COVID-19 pandemic. My team earned the “Team of the Quarter” Award for safely transitioning hundreds of employees to remote work while maintaining exceptional service. Along the way, six of my team members earned promotions — something I’m deeply proud of.Across every chapter, my approach stays the same: clear communication, strong processes, and a positive team culture that drives results.
