As a consultant physiotherapist at Therapyworks, I provide excellence in physiotherapy for elite athletes and sport enthusiasts. With over 25 years of experience in sports medicine and sports injuries, I have the expertise and skills to help clients achieve optimal performance and recovery.I am passionate about pushing the boundaries of clinical practice and applying evidence-based approaches to prevent and treat musculoskeletal conditions. I have published and presented my research on topics such as shoulder epidemiology, concussion management, and immune system monitoring in rugby. I also manage and direct a dynamic group of physiotherapy practices that share the same vision of delivering high quality services and supporting clients to be the best they can be.
