I’m a Product Designer with 15+ years of experience designing products across fintech, social networks, and HR tech. I’ve led end-to-end design for both startups and large-scale products across web and mobile.For the past seven years, I’ve been the Lead Designer at a startup, where I built an interview scheduling automation platform from 0 to 1 and now lead design for the Hiring product line with a focus on AI-driven features.I enjoy turning complex problems into simple, intuitive experiences.

   As the lead designer for the new product Meet, I launched four new services and developed paid features. I created a system for corporate packages, resulting in 74 companies signing up and achieving monetization for the product for the first time.• Spearhead the product monetization efforts by developing the enterprise package, billing system, and referral process.• Develop a meeting data analytics page to provide insight for users allowing for acceleration of paying customers.• Expand the platform to allow for connecting and scheduling of a mentoring program, where employees profiles are leveraged to connect individuals. • Design a comprehensive calendar system that includes group scheduling, meeting links, and a to-do list feature.• Create a scheduling links page for teams, team scheduling links, and a team promotion page.
