As the Director of Racquets, I maintain oversight of the club operations. I am regarded as the ‘face’ of the club and make it a priority to engage with my club members. I often take the approach of being a “selfless leader” and lead my teams by example. My approach with each guest is to provide them with an experience that exceeds expectations. By meticulously managing financial plans, forecasts, facility upgrades, staff mentorship, and full use of the facility I have a complete understanding of the member engagement. This understanding allows me to maximize revenues and enhance member participation. I am well-regarded by my colleagues and industry professionals as a team-player, someone who will always go above and beyond to improve the experience of each of our guests. With my nearly 20 years of professional experience, I have delivered an unparallel experience for my members and guests.• Lead programs with a positive attitude, guiding resources and valuing their insight. Successfully achieve all commitments and responsibilities through positive communication and engagement. • Counsel with the Club GM, Racquets Chair, and committee members to outline programs, activities, and events. Consult the ownership group on the formation of quarterly and annual budgets and compare the forecasts with actuals.• Added more than 150 new pickleball players through interclub league, clinics, and active play; recognized by Club GM for exceeding all expectations.
