I do my best to stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends by starting most workdays reading tech blogs or Medium articles. I believe in bringing structure to chaos and constantly look for ways to improve how we build and deliver. I stay close to the business and my customers through regular shopfloor visits, user conversations, and learning by shadowing and doing. I take joy in mentoring and invest in strong partnerships with teams. I strive to ensure that when the need arises, the bridge is already there.I have worn many hats across my career. Architecting and building is where I am happiest, but I step into product or program roles when needed to move things forward. I believe in thoughtful automation and building tools that make life better for me, my team, and my customers.I have the privilege of advising leaders across the company, and I don’t take that lightly. I work to earn and maintain their trust by delivering value and offering honest perspectives, even when they are not the popular answers.
