In my 35 years of experience, I had the opportunity to be involved in various interesting roles throughout my career, primarily in the Education and Financial Services industries in senior and top management roles and as an entrepreneur. The last 14 years have been very exciting. I had the opportunity to be part of the full cycle entrepreneurial journey with TalentSprint, a global deeptech education company. Building a company right from scratch, attracting angel and venture funding, finding the right business model and scaling, overcoming challenges by implementing pivots and being acquired twice, once by NSE Academy and then by Accenture, a global leader in professional services. This enriched my career with exposure, I am thankful for. In addition to building the business, I also had the opportunity to build a team of professionals who are currently running the business independently. Also, the focus on corporate governance right from the early stages of the company enabled us to make the company attractive even when the edtech market was under close scrutiny. Prior to TalentSprint, was in the financial services industry for nearly two decades, across Bank, NBFC, Financial Markets, Financial Planning and Wealth Management. Associate member of both the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Institute of Cost Accountants of India, I have my degree in Mathematics.
