ABOUT HENRY PEARSON
As part of a dynamic and exciting team I lead on all technical aspects for design, build and operation of Zero USV autonomous vessels. SC cleared and an experienced mariner, I lead a small team of highly technical engineers who work to design and operate these vessels.We seek out robust engineering that delivers practical and creative solutions to solve real time problems. I believe in delivering robust solutions even under demanding timescales.Designed to be deployable solution the Ocenaus12 fits inside a single 40ft ISO container for global deployment. Onboard systems and software are fully autonomous and utilise GuardianAI software to leverage the latest AI software onboard for mission delivery.I graduated with a MSCi in Geology from the University of Southampton and completed a PGCE in Chemistry (University of Exeter). I spent 10 years in education teaching mainly GCSE and A Level Chemistry but also made significant contributions and took the lead on elements of data analysis, delivery and technical innovations. Experienced in leading teams to delivery a range of academic and co-curricular programmes. Alongside this I was the technical lead for database (SQL) and reporting solutions (SSRS & PowerBI) within the school.I have experience of advising other schools both UK and internationally on SSRS reporting and delivery solutions.
