In every phase of my career, I have pinpointed educational and professional development needs and created effective content followed up with individual development opportunities. I began my career in human resources and Employee Assistance Programs. I have led leadership development programs, built three different comprehensive career development programs, wrote and presented numerous workshops including an award-winning professional development webinar series. My experience includes Higher Ed, Fortune 100 companies, Startups, the Federal Government, and healthcare organizations.
