About Hannah Wilken
With over nine years of experience in applying psychology to diverse sets of challenges, I am passionate about helping organizations create positive and impactful employee experiences. As the Regional Director of People Science for North America East at Culture Amp, I lead a team of talented and diverse people scientists who deliver evidence-based solutions and insights to our customers. In my current role, I oversee projects and work streams scaling Culture Amp’s People Science services across North America. I also shape Culture Amp\'s North America GTM strategy, including building standardized processes across customer delivery and acquisition, fostering inter-departmental collaboration, and facilitating culture change and employee engagement across North America. I leverage my leadership, research, and management skills to coach, advise, and support HR and business leaders on various aspects of people and culture strategy, such as employee survey design, DEI, talent management, people analytics, and change management. I also develop and present original workshops, webinars, and presentations for corporate audiences, and contribute to Culture Amp\'s thought leadership through publications and blogs.
