WORK HISTORY
Demand Generation Manager, North America @Timescapes
Vancouver, BC, CA
With a focus on driving pipeline growth in North America, I consistently deliver marketing-sourced pipeline 20% above the quarterly target. To create this growth, I develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns while building and managing account-based marketing programs that target high-value accounts and accelerate pipeline velocity. To ensure long-term pipeline stability, I design and implement lead nurture and re-engagement workflows, oversee a portfolio of 30+ flagship and networking events annually, and plan webinars to deepen engagement and strengthen pipeline contribution. Partnering with our digital agency, I review, approve, and optimize campaigns to maximize performance. I also provide monthly reporting on KPIs and growth directly to the CEO and CRO, ensuring visibility into marketing’s impact on revenue.

ABOUT HUNTER VAN DYKE
I’m a highly motivated, data driven marketer. For more than four years, I’ve been developing my skills to market to Saas customers and prospects. Pipeline growth is my top line goal as the Demand Generation Manager, North America for Timescapes. I focus on strategic initiatives with a close eye on value added with efforts that include ABM, paid media, events, webinars, and sales enablement. In 2020, my leadership and extracurricular contributions were acknowledged by the BCIT Board of Governor\'s Award for Leadership. This is awarded to only one student of the entire BCIT graduating class. My experience ranges beyond SaaS and includes food and beverage, law, and special events. Most notably, I created memorable events for Red Bull Canada, driving a 60% increase in event attendance YoY, along with increased on-campus sampling and cross-school functions. Two years ago I started building websites for friends. This quickly turned into a promising side hustle with projects in photography, construction, and law firms. When not behind a computer, you can often find me on my bike training for the next GranFondo or on skis figuring out how to descend the Flute Bowl in Whistler.
