I have completed my Masters in Human Resource Management and Business from Aston Business School, Birmingham, UK (a two year course with an integrated Chartered Institute of Personnel Development Qualification) and have cleared my degree with a Merit.My explicit area of interest in HR lies specifically in HR Operations, Recruitment, Performance Management Employee Engagement & Automation. I have worked in a Generalist as well as a Specialist (L & OD) profile in my previous work stints.
