About Huzefa Rangoonwala
I have over 17 years of experience in developing & validation of Missile, Radar, RF Seeker, Mathematical Modelling & simulation, and System integration. Over this time I have been closely working with DRDL, RCI, and LRDE for various projects like Akash Mk-1S, Akash, and 3DCAR radar. Over this years I have worked with various technologies like C, VHDL, MATLAB, Shell Scripting, Borland C++, Fortran and various tools like Xilinx 14.4, Matlab 2014, Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0, Network Packet analyser: Ethereal & wireshark. I have worked on platforms like RHEL 5, Lynx OS 4.0, and Windows (Only for testing). I have 8 years of experience in the areas of PCB’s, Modules & sub-module level testing, integration & software validation. Received excellent feedback from design agency DRDO for the work done on Data Analysis of AKASH Missile System, Validation, Testing & Integration of Squadron control Centre (SCC) of AKASH Missile System, Signal & Data Processing of 3DCAR radar. Over the years, I have also grown into an important role of mentoring my team and helping them achieve their goals.Some of the major work carried out are system studies for Akash-Mk-1S at DRDL, development of Mathematical & Simulation model for RF seeker, development of ISP (Integrated Signal Processor), ICM (Interface Control Module) test Jig simulator at RCI for Indigenous RF Seeker, Data analysis of Akash Missile System (AMS), Development & improvement in Data Interface Card(DIC) of PSPU of TLR, Validation, Testing & Integration of Squadron Control Centre (SCC) in Akash Missile System, Development of Status Monitoring system for Akash Missile System, Validation & Testing Of Signal & Data Processor(SDP) of 3D-CAR (Central Acquisition Radar) Radar. WON “GOLD” AT QCFI 2015 held at MYSORE for six sigma case study on “Yield improvement of DIC (Data Interface Card) PCB used in TLR PSPU of AKASH Missile System” in the year 2014-15. Also, presented many six sigma case studies and suggestion awards.
