In my recent role as Senior Project Manager with Penumbra Inc, I am responsible for orchestrating the implementation of product development, shipment, and return processes for the medical quality management system, as well as determining incident management procedures for the organization. One of my key assignments in this role is to spearhead new product launches, including the first FDA-approved VR therapeutic medical device of the company. I am also tasked with leading and training cross-functional teams and vendors for developing flagship applications and overseeing Salesforce and QAD integration initiatives. Below are my Key Contributions in this role: • Spearheaded 6 projects from inception to completion. • Assisted team members in completing HIPAA compliance certification. • Minimized errors and churn rate, as well as increased product alignment by introducing user acceptance testing initiatives for the entire development lifecycle. • Established processes and teams from ground up, while leading and training new team members for implementing new processes and prioritizing projects in accordance with time constraints. • Coordinated with senior leadership team on daily basis for the launch of VR physical therapy product due to lack of data and introduced stand-ups to significantly improve providing direction.
