My background spans software engineering, cloud migration, voice AI, and data platforms, with a more recent focus on conversational AI and contact center technologies.Over the years, I’ve led efforts to modernize legacy systems, introduced automation and testing practices to improve quality, and helped launch AI-driven solutions that enhance both customer and agent experiences. I enjoy connecting the dots between business needs and technical solutions, and I’ve found a lot of fulfillment in mentoring others and building strong, cross-functional teams.I\'m always learning, whether it’s diving into new platforms like Amazon Lex or Genesys Cloud, or exploring how Generative AI can shape service experiences.
