Enhanced the company’s data culture by leading training sessions, organizing knowledge-sharing events, and promoting best practices across teams- Nurtured scientific and technical thinking within the data science group by fostering discussions on core principles (e.g, what scalability means, what constitutes scientific rigor)- Served as AI champion in the data org: Built an MCP data tool that boosted the productivity of data scientists and analysts, while fostering adoption and evangelizing its use. The tool is used weekly by over 50% of the data organization and has also been adopted by PMs and Operational Analysts- A simple algorithm that in the beginning no-one uses it because it answers a different question from the original one. But after 8 months, the algorithm starts to be used monthly by many people in the revenue team- I changed the whole company\'s perception about the power of agentic AI- Promoted experimental practices and culture by implementing Statsig and rollout forms, organizing knowledge-sharing sessions, creating statistical assessment frameworks, and developing learning plans for Data Analysts.
