Client works: H&R Block (H&R Block, Block Advisors, Spruce), Hertz car rentals (Hertz, Thrifty, Dollar), Hard Rock Café, IHG, BMO banking, CPPIB, Maggiano’s, Fogo de Chão, MOJO car wash, Chipotle, Aetna, Quest Diagnostics, Pella, OPill, Halo Top, etc.• Lead a small testing team for the company’s biggest client and other major projects; perform pre and post-product release testing• Perform testing on email and website on desktop and mobiles: verify the design based on the Figma board, detect any visual defects and inconsistencies; perform ad-hoc testing, provide additional feedback and suggestions to designers, developers, AMs, and PMs • Handle testing on Litmus, verify the design across multiple platforms and resolutions; ensure product visually looks correct in dark mode; conduct testing on live emails and websites on desktop, live phones, and tablets; testing on specific devices using BrowserStack• Execute product link testing, ensure the links open and lead to the correct pages, verify link address, performance, and UTMs• Examine Figma design board, report issues before production; perform accessibility testing, verify alt text with various tools• Log test results on SmartSheet, Jira, and Excel, perform regressions on own and others’ tickets, verify results, and notify the team• Communicate with project managers, account managers, designers, developers, and QA testers to check and refine the product flow• Create and execute visual test plan; refine and update test cases; manage test case library across the U.S, Canada, and Indian teams• Cover peer QA tester works, handle their accounts and projects; assist and mentor new team members, learning new skills in • Testing and communication tools: Figma, Litmus, BrowserStack, SmartSheet, Jira, Monday, Microsoft Team, Outlook, mobile devices (phones, tablets, Android, iOS)
