Involved in specification, architectural development, transistor-level design, SPICE, Matlab and Verilog (System Verilog, Verilog A, Verilog-AMS) modelling and simulation, layout supervision, post-layout simulation, chip-level integration & verification, and lab validation & product test planning.SKILLSDesign skills- Mixed-Signal Circuits: ADC/DAC (Sigma-Delta, Flash, Pipeline), Audio-class Amplifiers (Line, Headphone, Earpiece, Speaker), Filters, PGAs- PMIC: DC-DC Converters, LDO, Bandgap & Current References, Fuel-gauge ADC for battery management- BMS: Battery Management System- Solid knowledge in circuit-level and top-level design, system and behavioral modeling using EDA design tools such as Cadence, Spice, Matlab, SystemVerilog, VerilogA/AMS. Layout dependent effects: WPE, STI, LOD- Experience in high accuracy/low noise analysis and optimization for small size, low power analog and mixed-signal IC Design- Deep knowledge in RF and TDMA noise analysis and suppression techniques for enhancing analog circuit performance in PCB level- Solid knowledge in design aspects for silicon level reliability: ESD, Latch-up, EM.
