Business West works towards making the South West a better to live and work.My responsibilities as Policy Planning and Delivery Specialist include:• Working on Swindon Knowledge Central, an exciting public-private partnership project to redevelop over 100 acres of public sector, brownfield land, adjacent to a major transport hub.• Establishing a new regional policy foundation for the south west, the Futures West Foundation for Sustainable and Inclusive Economic Growth alongside the Brunel Centre, a regional economic data observatory.• Providing insight and analysis about the strategic needs of key regional growth sectors, including CleanTech and Life Sciences Industries.• Promoting business voices in the South West with the media and policymakers.
