Throughout 2014/15 Besmoke led an InnovateUK Funded collaboration of industry experts to deliver a new cutting edge technology - PureSmoke. The resulting patented technology is leading the way in safer, more flavoursome smoke and grill delivery systems across multiple sectors worldwide. PureSmoke is now a leading technology in taste enhancement with the development of PureMami. By engineering smoke flavour volatiles in combination with complex enzyme reactions, PureMami is proven to enhance taste perception. Natural, clean declaration and effective at 0.2% PureMami is replacing MSG worldwide.
