Leading a global team of 21 people across Belfast, Manila, and Costa Rica.I currently lead the global Executive Execution function at Citi, responsible for managing the full lifecycle of executive recruitment, from requisition creation and assessment through to onboarding.As part of the Executive TA leadership team, I’m building and managing a team of 20+ specialists across multiple locations to deliver high-touch, high-impact hiring experiences for Citi’s most senior hires.
