I\'m building AI-powered learning apps at Alpha School to help every student reach their potential.The problem is urgent: only 35% of U.S. 12th graders are proficient in reading and 22% in math (NAEP). Traditional one-size-fits-all schooling isn\'t working.At Alpha School, we\'re replacing time-based education with mastery-based, personalized learning. I\'m building AI tools grounded in learning science (cognitive load theory, spaced repetition, zone of proximal development) that adapt to each student and help them actually master the material.The technology to personalize education at scale finally exists. Now we\'re building it.
