Reduced the mapping backlog from 87 to 29 miles in 6 months, a first for Con Edison.• Gathered gas constructions and GIS data from +4 sources with +600K records to engineer ad hoc reports using Power Query and Excel (Lookup, Index, Match functions), supporting executives’ decision-making process.• Forecasted gas pipeline mapping needs using a time-series model and seasonality trends to reduce backlog and support anticipated NYC compliance by targeting a sub-60-day mapping duration.• Implemented Power Automate, MS Forms, SharePoint, and MS Lists to replace the legacy MS Access QA system, reducing QA time and increasing mapping QA to +80%, while ensuring disaster recovery and business continuity plans.• Leveraged Power BI and SQL Server to create automated reports, eliminating the 2-hour weekly manual update process with auto-refreshed reports.
