Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the world’s leading companies, from Medtronic in medical devices, to Britax in consumer safety, Avery Dennison in RFID and materials, Flextronics in contract manufacturing, and IBM in technology.What ties all of these roles together is a passion for building strong teams, solving complex challenges, and driving measurable results. I led supplier quality across multiple manufacturing sites in the U.S, Mexico, Vietnam, and France, supporting $7B in revenue and 2,800+ suppliers. Over the years, my teams have qualified new products, reduced non-conformances by 75%, saved over $1.3M in costs through opimizations, transfers, and strengthened compliance through FDA 483 remediations.At Britax, I managed quality across 16 external factories worldwide and launched five new platforms while ensuring compliance with U.S. and Brazilian standards. At Avery Dennison, I led RFID quality improvements that resulted in a 28% reduction in scrap, a 30% decrease in customer complaints, and a 97.5% increase in satisfaction. Earlier in my career at Flextronics and IBM, I learned the value of lean operations, global supplier transfers, and hands-on leadership, saving over $ 10 million through site closures and optimization projects, and winning multiple awards for operational excellence.Across all these organizations, the thread has been the same: build resilient systems, inspire people to innovate, and never compromise on quality.
