Responsible for Migration of Citrix Farm from 5, 6 & 6.5 XenApp to XenDesktop 7.6. Responsible for management & troubleshooting of existing Citrix Farm 4.5, 5, 6 & 6.5 XenApp. Planning, Designing and Implementation of new Citrix server (XenDesktop 7.6 ), Migration and decommissioning of servers, Day to day Datacenter activities. Resource management for new Citrix Projects. Creating Technical Solution Documents and Operational Procedure Book for client Fine Tuning XenApp & XenDesktop 7.6 Server for performance enhancement. Execution of Change Request in pre defined plan which includes Application publishing, Printer Installation and configuration, Server hardening, deploying patches. Troubleshooting different Citrix related issues like printing, application and OS related errors. Handling projects, Incident, Change and Problem management ( following ITIL standards) Performance, User management & Disk management on Win2K, Win2K3, W2K8, W2K8r2 and W2K12r2 servers. Monitoring Virtual Machines performance and creating weekly performance reports. Deploying VM template and fine tuning of the newly created template. Participating in daily operational meetings.
