Over 30+ year’s progressive track record of managing projects of various nature, which encompasses designing, planning and providing leadership to the large-scale development sector projects/programs in South East Asia. Have a sound knowledge/experience in developing short & long term initiatives based on Logical Framework Approach. Development of tools and techniques at a grassroots level to capture data for evidence-based decision making using information technology. Played the key role in donor liaison and representing the organizations to a national and international forum. For the last 20 years, I have been working in the areas of Livelihood Support & Small Community Infrastructure Projects, Waste Management, Micro Health Insurance initiative for underprivileged, Family Planning and Primary Health Care, Women\'s Economic Empowerment, and Telemedicine. The projects were assisted by the World Bank, UN-HABITAT, JICA Japan, GIZ Germany, DFID UK, UNFPA, & TAMA (Technical Assistance Management Agency) funded by the UK Department for International Development (DFID), and managed by a consortium of health consultancy firms led by Options Consultancy Services Ltd U.K.
