I joined TCS to leverage my expertise in the US mortgage domain, initially managing 90+ resources across multiple processes with three TL\'s. Based on performance, I was entrusted with establishing and leading Level 1 ticketing operations, ensuring seamless support and operational continuity.My role evolved into IT Project Delivery, Business Analysis, and Development Coordination, where I actively contributed to manual testing, stakeholder communication, and sprint planning. I played a key role in risk facilitation, working closely with clients and developers to log, triage, and resolve risks—often before they escalated into issues.Earlier, I served as Zendesk Admin, configuring and optimizing the platform for support workflows. I also used MIRO to assist senior business analysts in creating process flows, chat scripts, probing questions, traceability matrices, and facilitating client-side workshops.Currently, I lead Data Governance for one of Canada’s top-tier banks, managing security and access control for sensitive data transitioning from on-premise infrastructure to AWS Cloud. I participate in daily scrum calls to capture security requirements and configure role-based access control (RBAC) across environments.
