A Senior Civil Engineer with a Professional Engineer (Civil) license with a Ph.D. degree in addition to 16+ years of experience in Civil Engineering, Project Management, and Construction Management. Currently managing several civil engineering projects (i.e, analysis and design, site development, infrastructural, and structural projects) in addition to construction projects and engineering consultancy. Worked earlier with the QA/AC Pavement Consultancy Service Project for the Public Works Authority (PWA) in Qatar and conducted several failure investigations and construction monitoring for quality of production and construction of roads and bridges. Experienced in civil engineering materials and design, including concrete, steel, and asphalt mixtures. Audited hundreds of design reports against official standards and specifications. Member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and its Transportation & Development Institute (T & DI).
