About Husamul Haque
I build platforms that make engineers fast, safe, and self-sufficient. At Dream11, I own the Developer Experience charter — the internal developer platform, CI/CD, ephemeral environments, datastore operations, and the tooling layer that supports 500+ engineers shipping across 300 microservices and 20+ tech stacks. My teams took deployment velocity from under 10 per week to 90 per day.Every IPL season, I run SOMA — a readiness process I built that pressure-tests ~70 critical services before 15M concurrent users and 700M+ RPM show up. Hope-based engineering doesn\'t survive that scale. I\'ve led that process across ~200 engineers, none of whom report to me.I integrate AI into engineering workflows where it earns its place — standardising AI-assisted development across the org, building agents into our platform, and treating adoption as a trust problem, not a trend to chase.
