ABOUT KIRSTEN HURLEY
I have built my career driving commercial performance through a deep understanding of communication and organisational psychology. At Quantum Base, I work as a Client Partner helping brand and government organisations tackle counterfeiting and product fraud by protecting the authenticity of their products using Q-ID®s, the world’s first unbreakable anti-counterfeit solution. Alongside this, I work as an Executive Coach to senior leaders in tech and financial services. My approach is grounded in ILM Level 7 coaching best practices and senior leadership experience within high-performing tech consultancies, with a clear understanding of the realities leaders operate in. I understand what it means to carry a number, lead teams through change, and turn strategy into consistent execution. Clients work with me because I am practical, commercially minded and direct in my approach. I help leaders think more clearly, make better decisions, and follow through with discipline. I am also a proud sister and carer for my two autistic brothers, and a committed advocate for working carers. Balancing care and career has had a real impact on my own working life, and this experience has informed my perspective on work, leadership and the kind of support carers need to succeed at work without burning out or stepping back from their ambitions. I support carers directly through 1-2-1 coaching, and work with organisations to better understand the pressures they carry and how to create environments where people can perform at their best without having to hide a significant part of their lives.
