Led assessment of award tracking, pricing optimization, and all financial aspects of contracting and overall MSA, partnership and bid governance processes. Implemented streamlined approval matrix and discount guidance to enhance efficiency of internal decisions regarding discounting and budget concessions. Overhauled business unit pricing strategy. Refreshed internal costing model, which clearly identified resource bill rates that could be increased and other areas that needed to be reduced. Resulting sales doubled within two years while increasing hit rates and bid margins. Built new Commercial Finance function from scratch for Evidera business unit to alleviate administrative burden of budget creation from scientists.
