About Hunter Snowden
I help businesses navigate the complex and evolving legal landscape of data privacy, cybersecurity, and technology transactions as well as the routine transactional and strategic needs of clients. I have experience in various industries including technology, finance, manufacturing, automotive, retail, real estate, and government relations. I hold a JD from Emory University School of Law and an MBA from Goizueta Business School, where I focused on transactional law, finance, and mergers & acquisitions. Prior to that, I graduated with honors and distinction from Duke University with a Bachelor\'s in Political Science, Philosophy, and History. I recently earned the IAPP Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) credential, demonstrating my knowledge and skills in U.S. privacy laws and regulations. I have co-authored multiple publications on topics such as artificial intelligence regulation, data breach/incident response, and corporate governance. My academic and professional backgrounds have equipped me with the analytical, technical, and business acumen to deliver effective and innovative solutions to the legal challenges and opportunities faced by clients in various industries. I am passionate about learning and staying updated on the latest developments and best practices in the field, as well as sharing my insights and expertise with others. I am eager to contribute to the success and growth of Parker Poe, its clients, and the Charlotte community. Outside of work, I enjoy clay pigeon shooting, classic films, learning German, and cheering on my Dallas Cowboys, Duke Blue Devils, and Charlotte Checkers.
