I am a Vice President in Technology Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Over the past several years, I have executed numerous equity, debt, and M&A transactions on behalf of my clients. My primary coverage areas include FinTech, SaaS, and Digital IT Services. In addition to cultivating client relationships, I lead team communications, deal presentations, content development, prospectus drafting, financial modeling, valuation analyses, and due diligence sessions.Before joining J.P.Morgan, I worked in M&A and Audit at Deloitte for six years. I then graduated with an MBA from Columbia Business School in May 2019. Prior to that, I earned a dual BBA and Master degree in Accounting at the University of Georgia. I hold FINRA Series 79, Series 63 and SIE licenses. I am also a Certified Public Accountant.
