About Hunter Pogatchnik
I’m a full-time real estate investor flipping 100+ vacant land properties per year and teaching others how to do so. I graduated from North Dakota State University with a double major in Finance and Marketing, and a minor in Banking. Prior to becoming a full-time real estate investor I had experience consulting Fortune 500 companies on revenue operations and sales.Over the years, I’ve helped many students successfully navigate land flipping, with several reaching six-figure results. I’ve also had the opportunity to share my experiences on podcasts like the Wealthy Investor Podcast, Pebble Podcast, Nucapital Podcast, and many more.
